World Health Day is celebrated annually on April 7 to raise global awareness about health issues and promote equitable access to healthcare. People with disabilities continue to encounter barriers related to accessibility in the U.S. health care system; these barriers can affect the quality of their care. The Government Accountable Office (GAO), CDCC and a number of independent researchers affirm that we still have work to do. Please like and share to help raise awareness about this important issue.
