D. Any sexual contact between an elderly person and a relative other than a spouse
E. Engaged in sexual contact achieved through force, trickery, threat, or coercion
Other abusive conduct
A. Involuntarily secluded an adult for convenience
B. Involuntarily secluded an adult for purposes of discipline
C. Physically or chemically restrained an adult outside approved treatment
D. Committed an act against a disabled person that constitutes a crime
E. Caused the death of a disabled person receiving services from a community program (non-accidental)
F. Caused the death of a mentally ill person receiving services from a community program (non-accidental)
