Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) work with people experiencing disabilities to support them in fulfilling everyday activities. A DSP provides supports both at home and in the community, and they promote individual choice, independence and interdependence, and inclusion in the community. DSPs help foster meaningful relationships of our customers’ choosing and achievement of their dreams and goals.

As a DSP, you’ll help individuals with:

• Personal hygiene and daily care
• Meal preparation
• Medications and treatments
• Documenting health and wellness
• Building relationships and achieving personal goals
• You’ll promote independence, inclusion, and meaningful connections—at home and in the community.

We have openings in:

• Salem
• West Salem
• Keizer
• Silverton
• Dallas

24-Hour Residential Programs

• Marion County: Homes in Keizer and Silverton
• Polk County: Homes in Dallas and West Salem

Supported Living Services

• Provide care in individuals’ own homes across Marion and Polk Counties
• Full-time and part-time roles available
• Pay based on experience, education, certification, and position level
