24-Hour Residential Services
We provide around-the-clock support in our group homes, tailored to each person’s needs. This includes help with socializing, joining group activities, building skills, going on vacations, communicating, and handling everyday life. At Sunny Oaks, we focus on the whole person—who they are and who they want to become.

Supported Living Services
Supported Living helps people live independently in their own homes, with 24-hour backup support. Individuals get the help they need while keeping control and ownership of their lives. Services are built around each person’s goals and needs, offering both independence and security.

MONTHLY ACTIVITIES AND QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES:

Some people need a little more support and comfort when it comes to socializing. At Sunny Oaks, we do our best to offer services that fit each person’s needs in an individual way—but we know that isn’t for everyone.

That’s why we also offer group activities where people can connect with others in a low-pressure, supportive setting. These include outings in the community, monthly lunch gatherings, and fun holiday parties.
